Hi! My name is Shireen Bhullar and I am a senior majoring in Financial Economics with a double major in Psychology and American Sign Language. I was born and raised in India and moved to the US for higher education. My most endeared passion and hobby is dance. I am a former member of UR Bhangra and the current Vice-President of Sihir Bellydance Ensemble. I love to participate in diverse activities and part-take in organizations that offer varied opportunities. Current roles on campus: CA for Riverview Apartments, TOUR Lead Coach, and the Project & Office Assistant for ASL department. Fun facts about me: I love dogs, desserts, purple and am quadrilingual.
Hi everyone! I am a rising sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences, my major will most likely be Public Health and I am a minor in Dance. I have had experience in tutoring before because I really enjoy working with people. I am also the business manger of People's First Initiative, where I first had the chance of meeting TOUR students. I have truly enjoyed being a part of PFI and am really looking forward to be an academic coach and working with everyone.
Hi everyone! My name is Rachel and I am a senior double majoring in Economics and French with double minors in Business and Classics. This will be my third year working with TOUR and I am excited to be back! I also work as a campus tour guide and recently returned from a semester abroad in Nantes, France. In my free time I enjoy movies, photography, animals, and music. Being an academic and social coach with this program has been a huge part of my experience at U of R, so I look forward to reconnecting with the students for my senior year!
Hi everybody! My name is Samantha Aube and I am a new TOUR academic coach this year - I am really looking forward to the new school year and beginning this new position! I am a junior from Avon, CT, and am majoring in Psychology with the hope of potentially becoming a counselor or therapist in my future career. On campus, I have been an active member of the Newman Catholic Community for the past two years, singing in the mass choir for the first and serving on its E-Board last year. Helping others is truly my favorite thing to do, so being an academic coach will truly be perhaps the happiest experience I will ever have. Outside of academics, I enjoy listening to jazz music, sparkly shoes, dancing and coin collecting!
Hello TOUR and non-TOUR goers! My name is Sofia Azmal, and I am a junior majoring in Public Health. In Rochester, I have been and am currently involved with The Gandhi Institute for Nonviolence and the Westside Farmers Market, both located in the southwestern Rochester community. This past year I was on the social committee for TOUR and acted as a social coach. I look forward to learning more about being an academic coach this year.

Hello everyone! I'm Lulu one of the TOUR academic coaches. Currently, I have one more semester left in my undergrad studies and then hope to get into the BCBA program at Warners School of Education. I will be graduating in the fall with a Psychology degree at the U of R. This will be my third year with TOUR and I am so excited and can't wait to meet the new students and kick off the semester! A fun fact about me is that I am on the Equestrian team at U of R and riding is my newly found passion. In my free time I love to explore campus, read, and just enjoy the outdoors.
Anne (Xiaoan) Cheng
Hello everyone! My name is Anne Cheng and I am currently in my Take 5 year, studying contemporary art and consumerism. I previously majored in Biochemistry with a minor in Psychology. In my free time I enjoy rock climbing, listening to music and good reads. I am also involved in UR Rock Climbing Club, UR Debate Union, and Refugee Student Alliance (RSA) on campus. Tutoring students from all age ranges and backgrounds in RSA really inspired me to join the TOUR team. I am very excited to get to know you all, let's have a great year learning together!
Hello everyone! My name is Kyle Chua and I am a junior studying Mechanical Engineering and Financial Economics here at U of R! My hobbies include playing video games, competing in basketball, hiking, and playing guitar or piano. This is my first year as a TOUR coach, but I've also been a Kearn's STEM tutor and a CETL tutor. I am very excited to be a part of TOUR and look forward to meeting you all in the fall!

Hi guys! My name is Jasmine and I am a senior studying Molecular Genetics with minors in Spanish and Psychology. I'm aspiring to become a pediatrician one day and am researching in the Pediatrics department at the Medical Center and working with kids with asthma. Outside of school and work, I love to go camping, hiking, and exploring as well as eating food and hanging out with friends! I was also previously a LEAP tutor and a team leader and am so excited to work with TOUR this year and to meet all of you!
Kay, a Los Angeles native, is a sophomore majoring in Public Health. Some of her hobbies include biking, reading, laughing, and hanging out with friends! A fun fact about Kay is that she loves koalas and desires to hug one in Australia one day.
Hello, my name is Audrey and I will be a rising sophomore this year. My majors are Psychology and Anthropology and my minor is Spanish. I love to stay involved on campus and am a member of Greek Life in Phi Sigma Sorority. Besides this, my interests involve art and I sometimes like to attend the Art Club meetings on Friday afternoons. A big part of my life, however, does involve helping and supporting people in any way I can and that is why I am happy to be apart of the TOUR program where I am meeting fellow students.

Hello friends! I'm Hannah Serfling, and I'm going into my second year of study at the U of R. I'm a double major in Psychology and Linguistics, and I hope to one day be able to teach in Special Education! You might have seen me around campus working as a barista at Starbucks or an audio technician for ECM. It's been a very busy year but I'm really looking forward to working as a coach for TOUR! Some fun facts about me: I'm from the state of Oregon, I love animals (sloths and elephants are my favorites), I am bilingual in English and Spanish, I love to sing and play instruments, I write music, I love to dance, and I'm very passionate about socks.
