Hajim School of Engineering & Applied Sciences
- Financial aid plays an important role in recruiting the best and the brightest students. Over the past decade, undergraduate classes in engineering and applied sciences have more than doubled in size.
- Thanks to George Eastman Circle support, students gain valuable experience by participating in research, internships and global experiences. Research provides students the chance to develop creative and analytic skills that enhance their problem-solving abilities; internships allow students to put into practice what they learn in the classroom in real-world scenarios. Global experiences broaden students' perspectives.
- George Eastman Circle member support makes it possible for students to attend a number of national conferences for their professional societies, including (but not limited to) the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) and the Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE).
