Employee Parking on River Campus

Annual parking permits are available year-round for many parking locations on River Campus. Employees must register their vehicles and purchase a permit through My Parking Online. Permits are valid until June 30 of each year and must be renewed annually if desired. Payroll deduction is available. View our 2024-2025 permit rates. Please take a moment to review University parking guidelines.

Permitted Hours:

  • Parking is allowed in your assigned zone/lot between 7:30 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday – Friday.
  • Parking is allowed in any lot between 4:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m., Monday – Friday.
  • Parking is allowed in any lot on weekends and University Holidays.

Restrictions: Parking is not allowed in:

  • Reserved spaces
  • Reserved lots

Need to park at the Medical Center as a patient or visitor?

If you’re an employee parking as a patient or visitor, please call the Parking office at (585) 275-4524 before your arrival to be added to our exemption list for that time period, which will prevent a citation.
