Employee Parking at Medical Center Lots and Garages

Annual parking permits are available year-round for many parking locations on the Medical Center campus. Employees must register their vehicles and purchase a permit through My Parking Online to park in any Medical Center lot or garage. Permits are valid until June 30 of each year and must be renewed annually if desired. Payroll deduction is available. View our 2024-2025 permit rates. Parking Options for Second and Third-Shift Employees

In addition to their assigned lot, employees working the second or third shift also have the option to park in the following lots:

  • Lot 33-College Town Garage after 2 p.m.
  • Lot 3-Kendrick North between 5 p.m. and 6 a.m., Monday-Friday
  • Lot 8-Medical School/MRB, between 5 p.m. and 6 a.m., Monday-Friday
  • Lot 33-Hospital Garage after 6 p.m., Monday-Friday, on levels 4, 5, or 6 ONLY, (up until 10 a.m. the following morning), and during weekends and University holidays.

Need to park at the Medical Center as a patient or visitor?  

If you’re an employee parking as a patient or visitor, please call the Parking office at (585) 275-4524 before your arrival to be added to our exemption list for that time period, which will prevent a citation.
