Yellowjacket Weekend TBD 2013
Welcome back! Come celebrate the beginning of the academic year with fun and exciting events including the Activities Fair, live music, a luau, fun foods, moves, giveaways, carnival games and rides, athletic competitions and this year’s feature comedian Craig Robinson!
Meliora Weekend –TBD 2013
Meliora Weekend combines three not-to-miss Rochester traditions – Family Weekend, Homecoming and Reunion. This year’s highlights include comedian, Rochester Revue, Mystic Midnight Madness Psychic Fair and Dessert Bar, Dance 3, Meliora Friday Night Live and Hive Game Room Night. Also featuring this year’s keynote speaker Barbara Walters and Comedian feature Craig Ferguson. Winterfest Weekend – February 1st - 3rd, 2013
Enjoy the winter splendor that Rochester has to offer by hanging out with your friends roasting marshmallows around our fire pits or cuddling up to cute huskies. Visit the Winter Wonderland for good eats, giveaways, games and more. During the weekend don’t forget to get your groove on at the annual Step Show or get a belly laugh with our featured comedian of the weekend. Also not to be missed are the Iron Chef challenge in Danforth, UR Idol and the Study Abroad Expo. All of these events are guaranteed to drive away the winter blahs.
Spring Showtime Weekend – April 12th – 14th, 2013
UofR has some very talented folks. Cheer them on as they show of their skills. This jam packed weekend is the perfect showcase of the student talent on this campus. This year’s line up includes Sadaca’s Hafla, BPG performance, Spring Drag Show, Latino Expressions, Afterhours concert, KPG performance and a Club Rochester.
