Need vehicle assistance?

If you’re on a University campus having vehicle trouble, Transportation and Logistics is ready to lend a helping hand. Our Vehicle Assistance Program (VAP) can assist by providing:

battery starts
tire inflation
lock de-icer (available during winter months)
lost vehicle location

VAP services are available to students, employees, and visitors 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.

When calling for service, please provide:

the make, model, and color of your vehicle
license plate
location of vehicle

Please stay with your car in a safe location.

Please note that VAP does not provide towing services or aid vehicles parked in an off-campus location. VAP is not available for motorcycles or scooters.
