The Event and Classroom Management (ECM) Help Desk is happy to provide additional training for Arts, Sciences, and Engineering (AS&E) faculty, staff, and students upon request. We can assist you with learning more about the following topics:

  • How to connect to and use the installed audio/visual (AV) technology in a room
  • How to use equipment such as document cameras, overhead projectors, and VHS/DVD/Blu-ray players
  • How to connect wirelessly to AV systems from your laptop, phone, or tablet (not supported in all spaces)
