Move-In
Residence halls officially open at 9 a.m. on Thursday, January 15, 2025 for all undergraduate students with housing assignments. All room change students are required to return. Area Offices will be open 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

After Hours Instructions
If you arrive outside of check-in hours, you may be let into your room in the same manner as a lockout. You can pick up your keys at the next check-in hours or area office business hours. Area Offices are open 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Area Offices will be closed on Monday, January 19 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
If arriving between 8 p.m. and midnight, call your RA on duty.
If arriving after midnight, call Public Safety at (585) 275-3333.
