Room Changes
The room change request form for the Spring 2026 semester is available on StarRez, in the Undergraduate Housing Portal.
Room Change Forms are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the academic year.
Be aware that room change offers are paused between January 15th to February 2nd as we assess student occupancy.
The room change request form provides an opportunity to indicate preferences and special requests.
We will do our best to offer you a change that meets your request. Please be patient, room change requests are not guaranteed and rely on the space being available. Students have 48 hours to decide to accept or decline the new assignment. Failure to decide within the specified time limit will result in the offer being withdrawn.

2. Download the form.
3. Complete the form
4. Return to Room Change Form page and upload the completed form.
If a move allows for a reduction or requires an increase in meal plan, student has five days to request a plan change or will be assigned a meal plan in accordance with that residential group.
