River Campus Student Clinic – COMPLETED!

To be held on Thursday, October 16 from 9a to 5p at the Georgen Athletic Center.

Students scheduling an appointment for a flu shot should do so through UHSConnect.

Log in to UHSConnect.
Click on Appt. Scheduling and then Schedule Appt. to schedule an appointment. You will first need to read and accept the Terms of Service.
Select UHS-Vaccine Clinic in the Office Location field.
Select October 16 – October 16 in the Date From and Date To fields.
Click on Flu Vaccine Clinic-RIVER CAMPUS as the Reason for Appointment.
Click Search.
Schedule your appointment by clicking on one of the appointments listed on the right side of the screen.
Click Confirm to schedule your appointment.

Eastman Student Clinic – COMPLETED!

To be held on Wednesday October 22^nd from 10:00a – 4:00p at the Eastman Student Living Center.

Students scheduling an appointment for a flu shot should do so through UHSConnect.

Log in to UHSConnect.
Click on Appt. Scheduling and then Schedule Appt. to schedule an appointment. You will first need to read and accept the Terms of Service.
Select UHS-Vaccine Clinic in the Office Location field.
Select October 22 – October 22 in the Date From and Date To fields.
Click on Eastman –Flu Vaccine Clinic as the Reason for Appointment.
Click Search.
Schedule your appointment by clicking on one of the appointments listed on the right side of the screen.
Click Confirm to schedule your appointment.

SMD Medical Student Clinics

To be held twice–on Tuesday, October 28 and Thursday, October 30–in the following locations:

Tuesday, 10/28 from 11:30a – 1:30p in CEL 2-7534
Thursday, 10/30 from 11:30a – 1:30p in CEL 2-7534 and Flex Space 2-7608

Students scheduling an appointment for the SMD Medical Student Clinics should do so through UHSConnect.

* Please note that scheduling for these clinics will be available in UHSConnect after 10/17/2025.

After logging on to UHSConnect, click on “Appt. Scheduling” and then “Schedule Appt.” to schedule an appointment. You will first need to READ and ACCEPT the Terms of Service.

Select UHS-Vaccine Clinic in the Office Location field.
Select October 28 – October 28 or October 30 – October 30 in the Date From and Date To fields based upon your preferred date.
Click on Flu Vaccine Clinic – Medical Center as the Reason for Appointment.
Click Search.
Schedule your appointment by clicking on one of the appointments listed on the right side of the screen.
Click Confirm to schedule your appointment.

Canceling an Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, click on “Appt Scheduling” and then “View Appts.” Click on the appropriate appointment to cancel. You can then schedule a new appointment date/time.

After Scheduling your Flu Vaccine Appointment, please take a moment to print out the consent form to complete and bring with you to the Clinic. There will be blank forms available the clinic, however bringing the completed consent form with you cuts down your wait time considerably. (All students have access to printing resources available through the library.)

The flu vaccine is covered in full for all active members of the UR Student Health Insurance Plan (Aetna) and generally covered in full by most private insurance plans. Contact your insurance plan directly for specific coverage details. Flu vaccines offer the best and safest way to prevent the spread of the illness.
