  • graduate transcript
  • three letters of reference (at least two from individuals familiar with your clinical work)
  • letter from graduate program affirming that the candidate’s Dissertation will be defended by June 1, 2025.  Not needed if Dissertation is defended by January 6, 2025.

Interviews

Candidates selected for an interview will be contacted by email or phone. We will be conducting all interviews through Zoom in Jan/Feb 2025.
