Physical Activity
The Health Promotion Office often partners with Athletics & Recreation on various programming for students, including frequent yoga class offerings. We encourage students to take advantage of the many opportunities to stay active on campus, including:
- Yoga and fitness classes in the Goergen Athletic Center
- Free GAC Membership for Part-Time Students to Enjoy Daily Yoga Classes
- Working out in the Bloch Fitness Center
- Joining a club sport, student organization, or competitive sports team
- Visiting one of the many local trails in Rochester for an outdoor walk
- Visiting a local park for an outdoor adventure
