Getting Ready for myURHR: Pay Cycle Alignment

Effective July 2024, to enhance efficiencies during the University’s transition to myURHR, employees holding more than one position at the institution will have their pay groups aligned into one pay cycle. This means when an employee is hired for a secondary position, a review will be completed to determine which single pay cycle applies, and all employees will receive combined pay for all jobs in a single paycheck. Employees who currently hold two positions on different pay cycles will receive direct communication from the Office of Human Resources, along with their manager.
