HR Modernization: myURHR Training Registration

The University has reached another pivotal milestone for HR Modernization with training launching this summer for the myURHR project. Faculty, staff, student workers, and other University members have been hearing about Workday and UKG, the two systems that power myURHR, and soon you will learn how to use them.

myURHR training highlights:

  • Beginning the week of June 24, MyPath notifications will be distributed to managers and coordinators, including department coordinators (currently knowns as PAFers).
  • MyPath notifications will include instructions on how to view training assignments and how to register for instructor-led trainings (ILTs).
  • Beginning in June and July, managers and coordinators will start registering for Instructor-led training (ILTs) sessions assigned to them. ILTs will be held in person or via Zoom, and attendees can ask questions live to experienced instructors. eLearnings will also be offered for ILT courses for individuals who want to take training at their own pace and time. Keep an eye on your MyPath transcript for when eLearnings are available.
  • Beginning in August, training launches for timekeeping roles and the majority of faculty and staff.
  • Training will be available over the summer months through go-live to enable the completion of assignments as schedules permit, and at your own pace.

Email the training team with any training-related questions. Also, visit the myURHR training page for course topics and view Demo Days recordings to prepare yourself for myURHR, your modern HR workspace replacing HRMS on December 16.
