Completing the Staff Requisition Form
- The Staff Requisition Form is used by the department administrator to post a vacancy. The form is available within HRMS (Human Resources Management System) and contains the necessary data that will be used by the department administration and division finance office in approving the opening, by the HR Service Center in posting the position accurately and, finally, by the applicant in determining if the position is of interest to him/her.
- Access to HRMS in order to generate a Staff Requisition Form is granted to certain administrative staff in each department. Training is provided and a manual is available to those with this access.
