Changes to Leave Plan Designation Terminology

The University’s leave and disability plans have historically been linked to an employee’s pay grade. To align with our new job structure launched on January 31, 2024, the University’s paid leave policies have been updated with new terminology used to designate leave plans. The plans remain the same and there is no impact to staff.

Take action to claim your PTO payout by December 12 in myURHR

Due to regulatory guidelines, you must now select an option for your unused PTO, or your balance will automatically roll over and will not be paid out. This rollover may cause your PTO balance to exceed the allowed annual usage limit. Please review the PTO payout instructions.
