Wellness Spotlight

Busy schedules cause many of us to put “me-time” on the backburner. Take time each day to practice simple self-care routines for better health, improved mood and reduced stress. Practice mindfulness-based exercise by joining a yoga class, prioritize sleep to ward off fatigue, and boost your mood by eating more fruits and veggies – studies show filling up on seven portions of fruits and veggies per day can make us happier.

It's obvious that many people want more personalized advice to help them achieve their health goals. With the ever-growing list of fitness or health trackers, we thought it would be a great idea to highlight some robust and free trackers that can help you get started becoming or continue being, the best YOU!

Well-U was honored with the Rochester Business Journal’s Wealth of Health Award for Best Company/Group Wellness Event for the University Farmers Market, honoring local organizations that promote workplace wellness, improving both their bottom line and the health of their employees.
