Join this year’s eat well. live well. challenge April 26th-June 20th -Get Your Family Members involved too!
The “eat well.live well.” Challenge is an 8-week employee contest. It is for all employees and their family members who are ready to get more active and want to eat healthier. Participants are being asked to track their steps daily. The goal is to increase a person’s weekly physical activity by increasing the number of steps a person takes each day.
The “Strive for Five (Cups)” philosophy promotes healthy eating through behavior change by challenging people to increase the number of cups of fruits and vegetables they consume each day.
This year’s challenge is open to all employees and their families. Each participant receives free resources including tracking tools and a pedometer.
The four overall goals of eat well. live well are to:
- Strive for 5 cups of fruits/vegetables each day
- Get Moving
- Watch Portion Sizes and Calories
- Measure your Progress
