Fitness Classes

Well-U offers a variety of free fitness classes to fit your needs and schedule! Classes include the following:

  • Fit1* New!
  • Pilates
  • Yoga
  • Zumba
  • Turbo Kick
  • Boot Camp

*Fit1: This fun, challenging class will focus on core strength, coordination and cardio enhancing bodyweight movements, bringing out the athlete in all of us. Receive one-on-one attention with the motivation of a small group to help you push your limits. Suitable for all fitness levels. Participants will meet at West Winds Cafe, Saunders Research Building (map), and workouts will be held outside with space reserved inside in case of inclement weather.

Attendance Policy: Employees must attend 75% of all classes in any given 8-week session. For example, employees must attend 6 out of 8 classes that meet once per week. If you cannot attend a class, it is your responsibility to contact the instructor so someone can take your place. If you miss three or more classes, you will be moved to the end of the waitlist and someone from the waitlist will take your spot.

ATTENTION: Employee must bring their employee ID badge with them to their first class in order to participate. This allows instructors to verify employment and enrollment and track attendance.
