Fitness Classes

Well-U offers a variety of free fitness classes to fit your needs and schedule! Classes include:

  • Fit1
  • Pilates
  • Yoga
  • Zumba
  • Turbo Kick
  • Boot Camp

*The next session of fitness classes will run from November 7 – December 23. Registration will open Tuesday, Nov. 1st at 9am.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be NO fitness classes November 23 - November 25

Attendance Policy: Employees must attend 75% of all classes in any given 8-week session. For example, employees must attend 6 out of 8 classes that meet once per week. If you cannot attend a class, it is your responsibility to contact the instructor so someone can take your place. If you miss three or more classes, you will be moved to the end of the waitlist and someone from the waitlist will take your spot.

Enrollment Policy: please adhere to the Well-U policy of one Well-U fitness class per employee per session. Thank you for helping us ensure that as many individuals are able to participate as possible.

ATTENTION: Employee must bring their employee ID badge with them to their first class in order to participate. This allows instructors to verify employment and enrollment and track attendance.
