NEW - Exciting Micro Fitness Classes now being offered!

Well-U is excited to offer the following NEW classes for employees:

  • Ab Blast
  • Body Tone
  • Floor Yoga
  • Tai Chi
  • Yoga
  • Zumba

The classes will be offered at different times to accommodate varying schedules. Classes are 20 minutes in length; one day/week for 8 weeks (Zumba and Tai Chi for 60 minutes). Employees can register for these classes through www.inwardoffice.com or email well-u-info@rochester.edu for more information.

Yoga

In the summer of 2007, Well-U began to offer Yoga classes to University employees. Classes are held on the River Campus and at the Medical Center. They usually occur during the lunch hour. Each session is 8 weeks.
