University of Rochester employees/spouses/domestic partners who are enrolled in University Health Care Plans are eligible to receive one free biometric screening per year. Individuals will be required to show their health care plan identification card and employee ID in order to receive services.
Screenings will be available the first Monday of each month and will take place at the School of Nursing, located at HelenWood Hall. Specific biometric screening services to be provided are as follows:
- Blood pressure
- Heart Rate
- Weight
- BMI
- Total Cholesterol, HDL, Triglycerides and Glucose
- Waist Circumference
Trained, experienced nurses will provide the screenings. Participants will receive individual recording cards for documentation of the screening results.

No individual employee data will be provided to the University of Rochester Benefits Office.
