Biometric Screenings provide an assessment of an individual’s basic health status and offers valuable insight into an employee’s health risks. What is a Health Risk Assessment (HRA)?
A Health Risk Assessment (HRA) is a confidential questionnaire that asks questions about your health history and lifestyle. Your results provide you with information that may provide you with insight or answers on ways you can improve your health. You also have access to many Online Healthy Living Programs that include interactive tools. The HRA is available online through https://simplestepslife.aetna.com/SS/splash and should be taken after your Biometric Screening appointment so that you can enter your screening results.
