Stress Management
Well-U has a large database of resources for those employees interested in learning more about managing their stress at work and at home. The way you feel is important to you being efficient and productive at work so we want to maximize this by providing you with some resources that may help! Additionally we work with the Employee Assistance program at the University to offer a stress management workshop called Coping with Work and Family Stress. This workshop provides participants with information ranging from the role of perception in stress to communication for stress reduction to increasing coping strategies. The slides for these workshops are in the articles section below!
