In the summer of 2007, Well-U began to offer Yoga classes to university employees. Classes are held on the River Campus and at the Medical Center. They usually occur during the lunch hour. Each session is 7 weeks.

I LOVE the class and love how it forces me to take some much needed ME time.
I have called my Mom in VA and told her she should seek out a studio and start
practicing!
Candace Bush, HRMS
I am enjoying the class. It is at a nice pace. It is helping me to focus on
listening to my body. At my age (62 in October) this is a good gentle way to stretch
the muscles and keep active. Thanks again.
Candace Jean Whitmore, SMH
I think the class is great. I can really feel the effect on my muscles
the day after each class!
Judy Marshall, GME
