Kwasi Boaitey
Kwasi brings 14 years of experience to Life-Work Connections/EAP where his focus is joining with each client to provide clarity, understanding, and movement in the direction which meets the client’s needs, wants, and goals. Supporting the exploration of change, Kwasi helps clients develop and navigate their current roles and leadership styles by enhancing interpersonal effectiveness and using relational modalities of mindfulness to ease open lines of communication, client resilience, and stress management. New Fitness Class Format

Well-U will be changing the fitness class format starting in July. The current session of classes ends on June 28. After this, there will no longer be 8 week sessions but ongoing classes in a new platform! Read more here on how to get started!

Well-U is an award- winning health and wellness program at the University of Rochester designed to inspire employees to make their work environment one where they engage in healthy habits.

Well-U strives to improve the health and wellness of University employees by promoting a work environment that encourages healthy behaviors and by providing the tools, resources, and education necessary to support healthful living.
