lives.
Coping with Work and Family Stress
In partnership with the Strong Employee Assistance Program, Well·U offers
a
seven-week stress management program called Coping with Work and Family Stress.
Participants in the program will have the opportunity to transform their stress.

Learn methods that can potentially eliminate or modify sources of stress;

Identify and practice techniques that help to modify mental and emotional processes that lead to or worsen stress;
-
Adopt effect strategies for managing stress and reducing harmful coping behaviors;
-
Develop a personalized stress management plan to maintain the program's beneficial effects.
